Getting set up
The first stretch is setup, and it is six things.
- Your Google Business Profile, rebuilt. Categories, services, photos, hours and service suburbs, filled in the way Google and the AI tools read them. This is the biggest lever there is.
- A review engine. A one-tap way to ask each customer for a Google review once the job is done. I will never buy reviews, offer anything in exchange for them, or hide your unhappy customers.
- Your listings cleaned up, so your name, number and address match across every directory.
- Your website tuned. Services and suburbs spelled out clearly, and the behind-the-scenes code added so a machine can read what you do and where.
- Suburb pages written for the suburbs you actually work in, so you can show up when someone asks for your trade in that suburb specifically.
- Your first proof report. Before I change anything, I record where you stand: how many calls and website clicks your Google profile is getting now, your Google Maps position, your review count and rating, and what the AI assistants say about your trade in your area, with screenshots. That is the before picture, so later you can see real movement instead of taking my word. If your profile is too new to have call figures yet, the report says so rather than guessing.
Every month after that
- I keep the reviews coming in, and reply to every one, good and bad.
- I post an update or fresh photos on your Google profile, which keeps it active.
- I check your listings, to make sure nothing has changed or broken.
- I add or refresh one suburb or service page.
- I re-run the tests: the same AI questions, and your Maps position for your main searches.
- You get your monthly report. It opens with the number you care about: the calls and website clicks your Google profile got, from Google's own figures, against last month. Then your Maps position, your reviews, fresh AI results, and what I did. If a number went backwards, that is in there too.
What I need from you
One thing: send the review requests after each job. It is one tap on your phone. I handle everything else.
How long it usually takes
Google profile improvements tend to show within about two to six weeks. Closing a review gap usually takes two to four months, because real reviews come from real jobs. AI recommendations typically follow one to three months after those signals improve, because the AI tools take longer to refresh what they know about local businesses.
Those are typical timeframes, not promises. Nobody can promise what Google or ChatGPT will do. What I can promise is what you pay.
The guarantee
More calls in 90 days or you stop paying until there are.
- Your baseline. On day one I record how many calls your Google listing got in each of the three months before we started, from the Performance figures in your own Google profile. The average is your baseline. If your profile is too new to have three months of figures, your first full month with me is the baseline.
- Day 90. I compare your calls in month three with that baseline. You see the same numbers I do, and you can check them in your own profile.
- Not higher? You stop paying. I keep doing the work, and you start paying again only from the month after one of your months beats the baseline.
- Still not after three more months? We part ways, and you won't have paid for any month after day 90.
Two conditions: I keep manager access to your Google profile the whole time, and your business stays open and taking work, not closed, on extended leave, or turning jobs away.
This isn't a promise that the calls will come. Nobody can honestly promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. It's a promise that you won't keep paying if they don't. Once they're up, the usual deal applies: no lock-in, cancel any month. Full terms are in section 3A of the terms.
