The short version: I run 39 checks across your Google Business Profile, reviews, website, technical setup, directory listings and social profiles, then show you where you stand against the competitors the AI assistants actually recommend instead of you. You get a letter grade for each area and a 90-day plan in priority order.
What you get
A graded report, a bit like a school report card, so you can see where you stand in about ten seconds. It is written in plain English. You could hand it to your apprentice and they would follow it.
- Your AI visibility results. Which customer questions you were named for, on which assistant, and which ones you missed.
- 39 checks across six areas. Google Business Profile gets 10, reviews 5, your website 8, the technical side 8, directory listings 5 and social profiles 3.
- A letter grade per area, and one overall grade on the front. The overall grade leans hardest on the things that move the needle most for trades: AI visibility, your Google profile and your reviews.
- A head-to-head against the competitors the AI assistants named instead of you, side by side, so you can see the gap yourself.
- A priority list. Every problem, numbered, ordered by what gets you the biggest result for the least effort.
- A 90-day plan in four stages: rebuild the Google profile, clean up the listings, fix the website, then build the reviews.
How the checks are marked
Every check gets a pass, a needs work, or a fail. If something could not be tested, it says not tested. I do not guess, and a missing number is marked as missing rather than made up. The count on the cover has to match the tables exactly.
What it will not do
It will not promise you a ranking or an AI recommendation, because nobody can honestly promise either, and you should be wary of anyone who does. The audit tells you what is wrong and what order to fix it in. It guarantees the work and the findings, never the outcome.
